HEARTSINE PRODUCT RECALL - WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
This product recall is only for SOME HeartSine AEDs (Samaritan 350P/360P/500P) that have serial numbers that begin with 23 or 24 and is followed by a B, D, E, G or H. It is important to note that not ALL of the AEDs that have serial numbers beginning with 23 or 24 and followed by those letters noted are affected.

An example of what your serial number looks like and where it can be found is shown below (it is found next to the letters SN in the box on the top line):

An AED without a tracking device will look like this:

Take the AED out of its yellow and blue carry case, and look at the back of the AED.
An AED WITH a tracking device will look like this:

*The black , plastic device attached to the back of the AED is the tracking device and THIS MUST BE REMOVED before sending your AED back to Stryker.
